Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
